To secure your lot, it only takes a $500 deposit and a signed purchase contract, which we’ll help you complete. You can choose any floor plan for your lot as long as a permit hasn’t already been pulled. Lots shown in gray are ready for selection—once your plan is chosen and paperwork is complete, the lot will be marked as pending and permitting will begin. If you’re selling your current home, the builder is accepting contingencies, meaning your purchase can be secured while giving you time to sell your existing home first.

How much do I need to reserve a lot?

To reserve your lot, all it takes is a $500 deposit and a signed purchase agreement—and we’ll guide you through every step. Your deposit is fully refundable up until the point your home is permitted. Once permits are submitted, the deposit becomes non-refundable, as that’s when your custom home officially begins moving forward. Locking in your lot early ensures you get the location and floor plan that fits your lifestyle best!

How long does the building process take once we purchase a lot?

Once you’ve selected your lot, the building process typically takes about 5–6 months from reservation to completion, as long as the lot is on a street that’s already open for construction. If your chosen lot is on one of the later streets to be developed, the timeline will begin once infrastructure is completed and that area is opened for building. We’ll keep you updated every step of the way so you know exactly where your home is in the process.

If I'm getting a home loan, do I need to be pre-qualified to reserve a lot?

Yes, if you’re planning to use a home loan, you’ll need to be pre-qualified before reserving a lot. This ensures a smooth process and gives us the green light to move forward with your purchase agreement and construction timeline.

If you’re purchasing with cash, a proof of funds letter from your bank will be needed instead of a pre-qualification letter. If you need help with either, we’re happy to connect you with local lenders or guide you through the steps.

Is there a Homeowners Association (HOA) here?
